Senior Accountant, SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting

The Senior Accountant, SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting, will play a crucial role in building a world-class accounting team. Responsibilities include: SEC Reporting owning quarterly preparation of the Company's 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K earnings release reports as well as ad-hoc Section 16 filings with the SEC. Technical accounting includes performing technical accounting research, owning quarterly and ad-hoc preparation of technical accounting memos. Management reporting involves supporting the administration of our management reporting platform, Planful.
