Product Owner Staff Engineer

Experienced and customer-focused Product Owner to help drive the product vision, roadmap, and execution for One Identity SaaS solutions. You will act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and the engineering team, ensuring delivery of secure, scalable, and user-friendly identity and access management (IAM) capabilities in the cloud. This is a high-impact role that requires a strong understanding of identity governance, cloud technologies, and Agile product development. Own the product backlog for One Identity SaaS scrum teams: prioritizing features, enhancements, and technical debt and balancing both short-term and long-term objectives. Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap aligned with company goals and customer needs. Work closely with engineering, UX, architecture, Ops, and QA teams to deliver high-quality product increments. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements and feedback. Serve as the voice of the customer in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives). Ensure that features meet business goals, security requirements, and usability standards. Ensure the SaaS solution adheres to industry compliance and security standards such as SOC 2, GDPR, PCI-DSS, and ISO 27001. Collaborate with security and compliance teams on audit readiness and risk management.
