HOKA is looking for a highly organized, execution-driven marketing leader to join our team as Sr. Manager, Global Brand Integrated Marketing – Lifestyle & Collaborations. In this role, you’ll bring the brand to life through bold, integrated, and consumer-first campaigns that stretch beyond performance—rooted in culture, collaboration, and style. You’ll lead the development and execution of seasonal campaigns for both our inline Lifestyle product and global collaborations. You know how to guide internal teams and external partners, find clarity in the chaos, and keep things moving. The primary functions of this role include leading the full marketing process for HOKA’s inline Lifestyle campaigns and collaborations, developing campaign strategies rooted in consumer, brand, and cultural insight, and driving integrated marketing planning across teams. You will also manage campaign budgets, track performance, and lead post-launch recaps to optimize future campaigns.
