  • Define and execute Palette Labs' entire marketing strategy to generate high-quality organic network participation.
  • Own the brand narrative, channel strategy, and community mobilization efforts to establish Palette Labs as a category leader for Decentralized Commerce (DeCom).
  • Develop segmented messaging strategies for protocol builders, new service operators, and network participants, focusing on measurable organic inbound growth.

As a Community Marketing Manager, you will connect Xsolla with the regional game development ecosystem in Cyprus, transforming updates and insights into compelling narratives for local audiences. You will spark conversations, build trust, and grow excitement around the Xsolla brand and products through online engagement, offline events, partnerships, and creative communications.

Personify the magic of Kraken by creating an enviable employer brand and effectively telling our story through world-class candidate attraction campaigns. You'll articulate our employee value proposition (EVP) and share our culture and values with the world. This role requires strong partnerships across Talent Acquisition, Product, Engineering teams and Brand in order to understand our business goals and carefully coordinate content and campaigns to help us reach them.

The mabl business has scaled fast over the past few years and as such we’ve also scaled our world-class global marketing organization. Our next step is to hire a marketing leader who can continue building on the strong foundation we’ve built by expanding our marketing strategy into field marketing, partner marketing, and further investments in product positioning and differentiation.
