This individual will drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that consumer feedback is integrated into quality strategies to elevate brand trust and product excellence.
As a Marketplace Experience Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring UGG is positioned as a best-in-class brand within your respective city, delivering elevated consumer experiences across all physical brand touchpoints. You will act as the eyes and ears of the marketplace, gathering key intelligence, driving local engagement, and ensuring our retail partners and brand spaces reflect the UGG brand ethos.
