Job Description

As the Customer Experience Manager, you will manage the customer support inbox and respond to all inbound emails concerning order status, returns, product questions, and general customer support in a timely and friendly manner. You will assist in compiling monthly metrics reports, engage with customer feedback on the website by reviewing, publishing, and responding to reviews. You will also manage customer experience on the Amazon storefront and manage review syndications with retail partners.

Additionally, you will manage customer orders by tracking and adjusting them through the fulfillment platform and handle special cases. You will track and report order issues and product insights, maintain logs of damages or missing orders, and share recommendations to enhance the customer experience. You will also maintain and update the FAQ database and coordinate with fragrance partners to address formula-related questions as they arise.
