Job Description
Primarily responsible for processing documentation and applying savings while auditing education assistance verification documents. Respond to participant questions via online ticketing and live chat, troubleshooting issues and providing support. Act as an independent reviewer to ensure policy compliance, following client tuition policies. Proof grade reports and tuition receipts against submissions. Must be available during business hours to respond quickly and accurately to customer inquiries via live chat and make outbound phone calls to client employees.
