About the Role:
- Own payer applications, trackers, and follow-up to get new health plan partnerships live.
- Investigate payer requirements, run escalations to root cause, and collaborate with teams to resolve quickly.
- Audit directories, reconcile rosters, and fix discrepancies before they become claim denials.
Who You Are:
- Self-directed with 4+ years in healthcare administration, provider data, revenue cycle, or payer operations.
- Experienced in contracting or credentialing, with exceptional attention to detail and phone persistence.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, spreadsheets, and learning new payer portals quickly.
What We Offer:
- Salary range of $55,000–$65,000 plus equity and professional development stipends.
