The Contract Management & Implementation team oversees operational aspects of payor contracts, ensuring terms are accurately interpreted and implemented.
As a Specialist III, you will review contract language for new payor launches and help build an organized contract repository.
You will work closely with payor partnerships, launch, and revenue cycle teams, developing expertise in payor contracting.

Your responsibilities will include:

Reviewing and interpreting payor contracts, amendments, and policies, documenting key terms and escalating ambiguous language.
Serving as a go-to resource for contract-related questions and delivering accurate documentation for billing and launch teams.
Building and operationalizing a contract repository and AI payor tooling, organizing documentation and validating search accuracy.
