Project Manager

About the Role:

• Manage the delivery of security engagements, keeping clients, engineers, sales, and internal teams aligned from kickoff to final report.
• Oversee timelines, maintain project documentation, and serve as primary client contact across multiple engagements.
• Track progress, follow up on actions, and ensure engagements are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate full lifecycle of security engagements: kickoff, planning, milestones, report delivery, closure.
• Coordinate with security engineers, sales, and internal teams for project requirements and smooth handoffs.
• Identify and escalate risks, follow through to resolution, and refine delivery processes.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of project management experience, with at least 1 year in blockchain industry.
• Solid understanding of smart contracts, blockchain security, and penetration testing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across distributed teams.

Bonus Points:

• Experience in cybersecurity consulting or assessment delivery.
• Familiarity with Web3 ecosystem including major blockchains and DeFi protocols.
• Experience with institutional clients and proficiency in additional languages like Mandarin or Spanish.
