About the Role:

• You will act as a bridge between Product and Engineering, translating priorities, surfacing dependencies, and keeping both sides aligned on scope and timelines.
• You'll drive ETAs and results by owning project plans, tracking milestones, and pushing initiatives to completion on time.

What You'll Do:

• Partner closely with PMs and engineering leads to run planning cadences, sprint reviews, and cross-team syncs that move work forward.
• Spot and clear blockers early, escalate the right issues, and drive resolution with a results-driven, people-first approach.
• Bring visibility to leadership with clear status updates, delivery metrics, and project health reporting.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years in program management, technical program management, or PMO within tech or product-led companies.
• A genuine passion for Web3 and a sharp eye for where the industry is heading.
• Experience in high-growth or scale-up environments, with strong organization and communication skills.
