As Senior Product Manager, Business Platform, you will own the day-to-day product management for the Salesforce-based platform that powers underwriting, servicing, funding, and compliance.
You will run structured intake, write specs, sequence the backlog, and coordinate rollouts with a dedicated engineering team.
This is a high-autonomy role where you treat internal users as customers and operational efficiency as the product.

Responsibilities:

Own the bi-weekly sprint planning process and provide delivery visibility to the engineering team.
Manage feature requests from operational stakeholders and defend prioritization decisions with data.
Define success metrics like cycle time, throughput, and error rates, and report on realized impact.

About You:

4-6 years of product management experience with ownership of internal platforms or business systems.
Working knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and proven stakeholder management with large, non-technical user bases.
High autonomy and comfort in a startup or growth-stage environment.
