Senior Manager, Product Management

Role Overview:

• This leadership role sits at the center of Salesforce-driven product strategy and enterprise revenue systems.
• You will define and drive a multi-quarter product roadmap that connects directly to revenue growth and operational efficiency.
• The role blends strategic product leadership, Agile execution at scale, and deep stakeholder collaboration across multiple business units.

Key Accountabilities:

• Define and lead the end-to-end product strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for Salesforce-based platforms.
• Own and optimize Salesforce platform capabilities, including architecture governance, data models, integrations, security, and scalability standards.
• Drive product delivery within a SAFe Agile environment, including PI planning, backlog prioritization, feature definition, and value stream alignment.

Candidate Requirements:

• 8+ years of product management experience, including leadership roles in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms.
• 3+ years of people management experience leading product managers and/or business analysts.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud), ideally with relevant certifications.
