Activations Agent

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to guests who have purchased vacation getaways or received free nights to book their travel.
• Use persuasive sales and customer service techniques to secure tour and arrival commitments.
• Work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends to meet business needs.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 12 months sales, customer service, reservations, or hospitality experience.
• Microsoft Office experience and ability to work independently.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly pay starts at $18.00 for 90 days, then $15.00 plus incentives with earning potential up to $65K+.

• Must be located within 100 miles of Orlando, FL for this remote position.
