Responsibilities:

Drive the tactical and strategic roadmap for Marqeta Engineering, using data and customer feedback to increase efficiency.
Establish and foster a data-driven engineering culture.
Develop tooling and metrics to understand the health of our entire SDLC systems.

Qualifications:

10+ years of programming experience in Java, Python, Go, or similar programming languages.
Hands-on experience in developing developer infrastructure, services, and workflows.
Understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible), and experience with cloud infrastructure.
