Job Description
In this role, you will:
- Design, build and ship features that improve developer experience and productivity.
- Contribute to technical decisions, balancing tradeoffs between performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Help mentor and upskill other engineers within the team.
Required skills:
- Strong communication with empathy and kindness.
- Proven experience working in distributed engineering teams.
- Passion for writing clean, maintainable and well-tested code.
Experience to bring:
- Comfortable working directly with customers and incorporating feedback into product development.
- Familiarity with CI/CD systems, developer tooling, and DevOps concepts.
- Building team consensus to analyze technical trade-offs and articulate solutions clearly.
