Junior Facebook User Acquisition Manager

Ruby Labs seeks a Junior Facebook User Acquisition Manager to support our team of 3 Senior UAMs by handling manual campaign operations across multiple ad sources. This role is designed to free up senior team members from 20-40% of their manual workload, allowing them to focus on strategic initiatives, data analysis, insights generation, and growth optimization. This position offers a clear growth trajectory: starting with 3-6 months of hands-on manual work to build foundational experience and education, then progressing to independent management of specific ad sources. The role involves executing campaign operations, creating new campaigns, editing existing ones, generating reports, and assisting with creative asset management. After initial training, the role progresses to independent ad source management.
