Senior Engineer

As a Senior Engineer on the Growth team, you will lead the design and architecture of scalable, performant full-stack solutions, provide technical guidance and mentorship, and leverage AI-powered developer tools to accelerate development. You will evaluate emerging AI technologies, advocate for team priorities, and participate in product discovery sessions.

Collaborate with UX/UI designers, ensure seamless integration across systems, and contribute to the team’s technical vision. Break down complex projects, improve workflows, and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. You will also create technical documentation, conduct code reviews, and contribute to hiring and onboarding, fostering a culture of open communication and continuous learning.
