Senior Monitoring & Evaluation Manager

The Senior Monitoring & Evaluation Manager will lead the design, rollout, and continuous improvement of Terraformation’s M&E framework across all projects and partners. This person will drive the harmonization of indicators and monitoring systems, strengthen internal and partner M&E capacity, and ensure that data and evidence drive adaptive management, external reporting, and learning. This is a cross-functional role that bridges Operations, Project Management, Product (Terraware), and Communications, ensuring our restoration, carbon, and livelihood outcomes are measurable, verifiable, and clearly communicated. The responsibilities include refine and implement a coherent, portfolio-wide M&E framework with consistent indicators, definitions, and templates, provide hands-on support to design and operationalize project-level M&E plans, and guide projects on data collection, verification, and analysis to ensure accuracy and usability for decision-making.
