Staff Product Manager, Operations & Infrastructure

The Product Manager, O&I will work across levels and teams to establish a roadmap that drives to fruition the goals of the GTM Sales Automation organization. You will work to support key operational efforts, drive transformational initiatives (inc. case management, product feedback), and lead platform-wide projects that enable scalable infrastructure, establish a cohesive approach to UI/UX, and leverage the latest technologies (including AI). The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex business problems (including highly technical challenges), working with various teams, and leading strategically through development of a long-term roadmap. This role involves establishing vision & strategy, constructing and maintaining a roadmap, gathering and clarifying requirements, driving and facilitating collaboration, communicating with passion to all levels, leveraging technical knowledge and skills, organizing & executing, delivering value, and measuring success.
