Leadership Functions:
- Lead a diversified team of consultants to ensure they are well-supported and reach their full potential.
- Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout all phases of engagement.
- Contribute to team growth, training, and development.
Architect Functions:
- Perform pre-sales engineering tasks including BOM and SOW development for complex multi-vendor solutions.
- Provide technical oversight and support to engineering team during all project phases.
- Build and maintain vendor relationships and stay current on technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; 10+ years of hands-on IT experience.
- 5+ years in Consultant or Architect role with multiple industry certifications.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to design IT solutions in AI/ML, Data Modernization, Virtualization, etc.
