Job Description
Perforce is seeking an Associate Sales Compensation Analyst to administer and maintain sales compensation plans, ensuring timely and accurate commission calculations. The role involves analyzing sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization. The Analyst will partner with sales leadership, HR, and finance to support plan design and annual compensation planning processes.
Responsibilities include creating and maintaining dashboards, reports, and models related to incentive compensation in CaptivateIQ and Salesforce, providing regular and ad-hoc reporting on compensation metrics and sales performance, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations, troubleshooting commission-related inquiries, and supporting the rollout of compensation plans with documentation and training.
