Your Role:
- You will bridge the gap between data services and business intelligence, turning raw operational and financial data into actionable insights for our clients.
- You will build, analyze, and optimize reports across our PMS reporting suite, troubleshoot discrepancies, and coach hoteliers on metrics like ADR, RevPAR, and occupancy.
