Responsibilities:
- Take on the engineering problems that matter most, leading through ambiguity and driving initiatives to measurable outcomes.
- Make complex systems simpler by improving architecture and engineering practices.
- Shape technical direction, aligning teams and turning strategy into execution.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, including operating at Staff or Principal scope.
- Significant experience designing, building, and operating complex production systems.
- A default sense of urgency and self-direction to thrive in a remote environment.
