Qualifications:
- A degree from an accredited College/University in the applicable field or 4 additional years of experience.
- 13+ years of experience in MDIMS and/or related field.
- Deep knowledge of warehouse management and fulfillment systems.
Technical & Analytical Skills:
- Strong SQL skills for validating data and building test scenarios.
- Familiarity with Apache Kafka and API behavior validation.
- Working knowledge of Oracle Forms and Oracle databases.
Delivery & Process Skills:
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum environments and project management tools.
- Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and ServiceNow preferred.
- Experience managing UAT and CAT testing sessions.
Cross-Team Facilitation Abilities:
- Strong facilitation skills to lead discussions across multiple groups.
- Ability to serve as liaison between business and technical teams.
- Skilled in running working sessions and driving issues to closure.
