About the Role:
- You will join the Cloud Infrastructure team to lead reliability and operational evolution.
- You will ensure we can reliably support millions of people improving their financial lives.
- You will work on building and improving reliability and resiliency of systems.
What You'll Do:
- Build and improve reliability and resiliency of systems and services.
- Establish SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets for critical services.
- Own and evolve disaster recovery strategy and observability platform.
Who You Are:
- You have 5+ years of cloud or infrastructure engineering experience with reliability focus.
- You have defined SLIs and SLOs for production services.
- You are comfortable writing code in Python, Go, or TypeScript and using Terraform and AWS.
