Responsibilities:
- Own the reliability strategy: Architect end-to-end reliability, performance, and resilience of cloud environments, design the SLO framework.
- Lead the incident response program: Set standards, lead complex escalations, drive root cause analysis, and build corrective action culture.
- Own observability: Architect monitoring, alerting, and observability to detect issues before users feel them.
Requirements:
- 7+ years in production cloud infrastructure in SRE, DevOps, or platform engineering.
- Deep expertise with Kubernetes and Terraform in AWS, plus experience designing reliability practices.
- Strong Python or Go skills applied to infrastructure automation and mentorship experience.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Target salary range $241,000 - $270,000 plus equity and competitive benefits.
