Campaign Setup & Launch:

• Set up and launch Facebook advertising campaigns following a standardized checklist.
• Import contact lists, configure automations, and test email/SMS campaigns before going live.
• Clean and prepare client contact lists and update internal records upon completion.

Prelaunch Client Communications:

• Collect necessary access (Facebook page, ad account, payment, phone verification, patient lists).
• Conduct video calls to guide non-technical clients through pre-launch requirements.
• Follow up consistently and document all communication in CRM.

Tools & Performance Standards:

• Use GoHighLevel, Meta Ads Manager, Salesforce, Zoom, Slack, Google Sheets, EmailListVerify.
• Launch within 72 hours with 100% accuracy and respond to clients within 3 business hours.
• Ensure all required assets are collected before attempting a launch.
