Own the vision and execution for AI‑powered experiences that delight homebuyers and supercharge builder sales teams. You’ll set the strategy for agentic workflows, recommendation systems, and copilot‑style tools that drive real business outcomes—and see them through from whiteboard to production. Lead cross‑functional squads (AI/ML, Engineering, Design, Data) through discovery, delivery, and iteration. Ship trustworthy AI features—from LLM‑powered copilots to personalized visualization and guided selling flows. Champion user‑centric design, safety, and transparency in every AI interaction.
