Job Description
Execute the advanced data and analytics strategy for Revenue Operations, aligning with overall business objectives and strategically enhancing both subscription and consumption revenue streams within an established market. Develop and deliver highly insightful reports and dashboards that track key revenue operations metrics, providing deep dives into ARR, NRR, Churn, LTV, CAC, Renewal Rates, Upsell/Cross-sell effectiveness, with historical trend analysis. Review usage patterns, Consumption velocity, Billing accuracy, Revenue recognition for usage-based models, and their long-term impact. Lead the development of highly accurate revenue forecasts and capacity planning using advanced analytical techniques and machine learning models where appropriate, building upon existing methodologies.
