What You'll Do:
- Lead complex, high-value and multi-state Workers’ Compensation audits, including test-state audits in CA, FL, OR and AK.
- Investigate and resolve challenging audit disputes, applying state-specific requirements and policy terms.
- Identify opportunities to improve audit accuracy, efficiency, and existing processes.
What We Need:
- 5+ years of premium auditing experience, including significant Workers’ Compensation and multi-state audit experience.
- Advanced knowledge of NCCI/WCIRB rules and audit standards.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with Microsoft Office proficiency.
