Software Engineer, Developer Productivity

As a Developer Productivity Software Engineer at Rithum, you will design, build, and maintain internal tools and frameworks that improve developer productivity, including CI/CD pipelines, build systems, and development environments. You will automate repetitive tasks and processes to reduce manual effort and minimize errors, ensuring a seamless and efficient development workflow. You will collaborate closely with development teams, DevOps, Platform Engineering teams and other stakeholders to identify pain points and areas for improvement in the development process. You will also explore and integrate AI technologies to automate development tasks and enhance tooling intelligence.
