Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Infringement team with a focus on proactive prevention and timely resolution of claims.
- Manage a team of specialists, ensuring high-quality decision-making and consistency with legal guidance.
- Collaborate with Legal, Creator Services, and internal stakeholders to align on sensitive cases and cross-functional workflows.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in copyright enforcement, digital rights management, trust & safety, or legal operations.
- 3+ years of people management experience, including coaching and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of DMCA, trademark enforcement, and digital rights management, especially in music or content distribution.
