Job Purpose:
- Take down infringements across the global client book, managing platform removal queues and enforcement cases.
- Provide administrative and operational support for the enforcement team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage takedown and removal queues across global marketplaces, social and web channels.
- Action enforcement cases end to end, from detection to resolution.
- Maintain accurate case, evidence, and platform records.
Skills & Experience:
- Detail-oriented and process-driven, comfortable working high-volume queues.
- Highly organised with strong administrative and coordination skills.
- Clear written communication in English for platform notices and escalations.
