What You'll Be Doing:

  • Rights verification: Review digital assets to ensure all tracks are eligible for ingestion and that ownership splits are correctly documented.
  • Lead generation & pitching: Actively scout and identify high-value independent artists, labels and catalogs currently dissatisfied with their distribution or administration. Pitch the benefits of Too Lost to key decision-makers.
  • Revenue optimization: Identify and advise on key tracks within the catalog to drive mutual ROI.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Previous A&R experience and network in target market.
  • Fluent in both English and various local languages.
  • Proven track record of success with building pipelines through cold outreach and market research.
