About the Role:
- Lead the artist relations function end-to-end, owning strategy, execution, and team building.
- Work directly with the founding team and partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Brand.
What You'll Own:
- The artist relations strategy including landscape, priorities, and mapping to growth stage.
- Framework for artist onboarding, co-marketing, content integrations, and ambassador relationships.
- The onboarding pipeline from industry networks to live events and social discovery.
What We're Looking For:
- Senior operator from the music industry with experience leading artist- or partnership-facing teams.
- Real, owned relationships across the US emerging/mid-tier artist ecosystem.
- Fluent in both the creative side of artists and the business side of partnerships.
