Advancement Officer, Individual Giving

Responsibilities:

• Manages a portfolio of high-level stakeholders, taking a holistic approach to engagement that leverages time, treasure, and talents.
• Designs and drives customized engagement plans that align with MLT's financial goals and deepen long-term commitment.
• Listens actively to understand stakeholder perspectives and engages in high-touch, audience-centered communications.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of professional experience with a bachelor's degree in a related field, with experience engaging high net worth individuals.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and lead cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce, the Google suite, and project management tools such as Asana.
