Job Description
The Corporate Development Analyst will conduct competitive landscape research, identifying potential acquisition targets and partnership opportunities. They will build market maps and segmentation analyses to support strategic decisions and track industry trends impacting Blockstream’s strategy. Responsibilities include preparing valuation models (comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, DCF) and assisting with transaction scenarios and synergy estimates. The Analyst should produce detailed reports and presentations summarizing research findings and strategic recommendations.
