Product Designer

We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our team and help lead the design and development of our virtual care platform. In addition to our custom-built platform for our internal teams, this role will also help drive development of our recently launched mobile app for patients and their families. The Product Designer is passionate about improving healthcare outcomes and has a track record of creating user-centered digital solutions. The responsibilities include designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces, clearly communicating design solutions, partnering with business leaders, helping establish design system guidelines, and contributing to user research. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in product design, 3+ years of experience as a designer, a proven track record working on a digital platform, and proficiency in design tools like Figma. They should also be comfortable working collaboratively and have experience with user research.
