Regulatory Counsel - MENA

Support Binance’s regional efforts in strategizing, analyzing, and obtaining and maintaining necessary local regulatory approvals and licenses across the MENA region. Develop and implement the company’s strategic regulatory approach specific to MENA jurisdictions. Provide legal and regulatory support to business teams for the launch and growth of new products and services, balancing commercial objectives with regulatory compliance.

Draft, improve and maintain local terms of service and product terms for locally licensed entities. Support the day-to-day operations of local entities in respect of marketing initiatives, product launches and new partnerships. Build and maintain strong relationships with regulators and government agencies across MENA. Monitor and interpret regulatory developments and trends in the cryptocurrency and financial sectors within the MENA region, ensuring Binance’s compliance and proactive adaptation.
