We are seeking a results-driven and performance-obsessed Senior Manager, Paid Search to join our Performance Marketing team at AG1. You will spearhead the strategy, execution, and performance optimization of paid media programs across Google Search, Shopping/Performance Max, and Bing, stewarding a seven-figure monthly budget to deliver efficient, scalable customer growth. You will own end-to-end accountability for channel performance, ensuring consistent delivery against CAC and new customer acquisition goals while aligning spend with broader business priorities. You will design and implement a comprehensive A/B testing framework across ad creative, audience segmentation, placements, and landing page experiences to continuously uncover optimization opportunities. You will also contribute to strategic planning and monthly forecasting, delivering data-driven insights and recommendations that inform aggressive yet achievable CAC and acquisition volume targets.
