Job Description
The Product Development & Marketing Associate, Promotions will manage promotional development projects including research, concept, development, and commercialization of new product promotions, swag, kits and bundles for all channels. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Product Development & Marketing and will be the day to day promo program point of contact internally and externally, managing new developments and optimizations in an accelerated timeline. Manage the development and execution of strategic promotional programs, including employee merch, Gift with Purchase (GWP) offers, sets, and other initiatives, ensuring a pipeline of fresh and new assortment offerings each year. Collect, analyze and interpret data from previous promotions to identify learnings and provide strategic recommendations to optimize future initiatives.
