This role involves ownership of scaling and optimizing paid advertising channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. It is critical to the company’s growth strategy, requiring development and execution of data-driven campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other platforms. Collaboration with creative, content, and product teams is necessary to deliver impactful campaigns that resonate with customers and strengthen the brand’s presence. Responsibilities include planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms and analyzing data and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and improve ROI. Developing and managing A/B testing strategies for creatives, targeting, and landing pages is crucial, along with continuous monitoring of industry trends. The role also requires managing budgets effectively to maximize results and providing insightful reporting on campaign performance to stakeholders.
