What you'll do:
- Lead or support planning, analysis, and execution of QA activities across the SDLC.
- Write, execute, and maintain manual test cases based on user stories, functional specs, and acceptance criteria.
- Perform accessibility testing and ensure compliance with relevant policies.
Required skills:
- 10+ years of experience in manual testing of software products.
- Understanding of QA methodologies including manual, automated, integration, and performance testing.
- Strong analytical skills in problem solving, test planning, and risk evaluation.
Desired skills:
- Experience testing mobile-friendly interfaces.
- Experience with public sector systems and federal/state benefit programs.
- Understanding of Agile development processes.

- Remote (U.S. based) in specific states listed.
