Director of Foreign Military Sales

TurbineOne is looking for a Director of Foreign Military Sales to lead their Foreign Military Sales strategy—from identifying allied demand signals to structuring and executing FMS and DCS (Direct Commercial Sales) pathways. The director will engage directly with U.S. and partner-nation defense organizations, including DSCA, SAF/IA, USASAC, NAVSUP, and key foreign procurement offices. The director will shape go-to-market strategy for coalition partners, coordinating with internal engineering, legal, and operations teams to align exportable configurations and licensing. He/She will support program capture and execution, including proposal development, pricing, contract negotiation, and delivery oversight.
