Job Description
Intercom is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join our Customer Solutions Team, playing a key role in defining and demonstrating value across the sales cycle. You will lead technical discovery to address customer needs, deliver value-based solution reviews, and design tailored Proof of Concepts. As the primary resource for RFPs and security questions, you'll collaborate with Product and Engineering to represent the customer voice. The position requires 7+ years in a technical pre-sales role, strong technical acumen, and excellent communication skills. A hybrid working policy is in place, with employees expected to be in the office at least three days per week.
