Senior Manager, Global Markets (Regulatory)

The Senior Manager of Global Markets will lead the end-to-end management of the company’s crypto license applications across multiple jurisdictions, including VARA (Dubai), MiCA (EU), and other reputable regulatory regimes. This role combines regulatory engagement, project management, and risk oversight to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent license submissions globally. Responsibilities include overseeing all global crypto licensing projects from initiation to approval, including coordination with regulators, legal advisors, and compliance consultants. The candidate will drive internal stakeholders (legal, finance, tech, security, product, and operations) to deliver required documentation. They will also review and perform sanity checks on application materials, maintain a central registry of license applications, and ensure leadership visibility on progress and risks.
