Head of Events & Community

This role is for someone to own GrowthX’s event and community motion. This role designs high-touch experiences that builds lasting relationships. This role involves shaping the strategy for GrowthX’s events and community program. Someone in this role will design unique, high-impact experiences tailored to different audiences like CMOs, founders, and marketing leaders. This person must be able to oversee end-to-end execution, develop scalable systems, and measure the impact of events. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to make things happen.
