Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a comparable commercial qualification.
Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in logistics or warehouse operations, including senior operational leadership responsibility.
Proven experience managing large operational teams through multiple leadership layers.

Responsibilities:

Leading, coaching, and developing direct employees and their leadership teams.
Responsibility for the End-to-End-Logistics processes.
Steering the operative performance based on KPIs.
