Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create, modify, and inactivate products, vendors, and customers in NetSuite and Salesforce.
- Analyze existing data for quality and consistency across all systems and collaborate with internal teams for data collection.
- Process ticket requests and user issues promptly while working with cross-functional teams to resolve data issues.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related technical or business concentration or equivalent work experience.
- Attention to detail, willingness to learn IT technical language, and ability to use AI-enabled tools.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
